A:We are the factory,at mean time,we also cooperate with many other factories,so we could offer a wide range items for tools.
2.Q:Could you offer the samples?
A:Definitely,we could offer free samples,and the freight will be afforded by you.
3. Q: What is the payment term?
A: For the first order,30% deposit, balanced by the,copy of B/L.For second order,L/C is acceptable if the amout is more than 10000USD
4 Q: Do you have a MOQ?
A: For our brand,normally 2cartons for each item is ok,for OEM order,it is based on concrete items,different model has different demand.
5 Q: Do you have any new products or can you open a new mold for me?
A: Yes,we always try to develop more and more new designs to help our customer to develop their market.and for opening a new mould,if pictures or samples could be provided, we can open a new mold .
6 Q: Do you have any certificates?
A: YES, We have the SGS.and we could do many other certificates if customers need.
7 Q: What about the delivery time?
A: Normally 10-15days if take our brand,OEM orders is normally within 30- 45 days after receving the deposit
